In early March 2023, Domenica Chardonnay was harvested over a seven-day period, capturing the full expression of the vineyard’s granite-derived soils. The fruit reached perfect ripeness, delivering an ideal natural acidity.

Fermentation took place in a combination of 600-litre demi-muids and 228-litre oak barrels, with new oak comprising approximately 25%, as per tradition.

Thanks to a lighter crop and extended ripening, this vintage shows greater intensity than in previous years, while remaining beautifully approachable on the palate.

Most importantly, this wine reflects the precision and purity that define Domenica Estate’s vineyard character.
